Organizational Health Survey

Each year the Olin community looks at our core values and organizational health. Please help us by completing this brief survey--results will be reported back to the community and to the College leadership in a few weeks.

As always, all results will be analyzed by our consultant, Hilary Ziven, of First Light Consulting. Responses will be sent directly to Hilary; no-one at Olin will be reading the responses you provide before Hilary has processed them. Results will be reported in the aggregate and comments reported anonymously.
